Pitt Stop II

So is it just me or does Pittsburgh seem to be in one of the weirdest locations for a city ever?  I mean, I know San Fran is hilly, but Pittsburgh ... wow!  It seems like some drunk group of architects and city planners got into a war of egos ("Let's see if you can build a city on top of nothing but steep hills!").

So why was I in Pittsburg?  Why for Pitt Stop II, of course!  It was a fun weekend, even though it was cold and dreary.  Good music, great people, and quality time with the many lindy crushes, including one in particular ... a not so secret one ;)

All right folks, first things first - if I got your name wrong in the photos, don't have your name, etc, feel free to email me about it.

So, what did I like:

bulletThe floor at the IBEW ... I want to take it home
bulletFree cold water was definitely a nice touch, along with food and soda available at every turn
bulletStaying with Beth and Kate ... too much fun :) Sorry we didn't get to dance more Kate
bulletMeeting Chocolate Jeff - we're gonna party in Austin!
bulletThanks Tiff for the best dance there
bulletAnd thanks to James for getting it on film!
bulletThank you for the pie (and the dance) Mel ... we'll be sure to blues in Austin
bulletAnnelise - thank you for the many great dances ... you earned those beads
bulletDevona - the party is definitely in your pance!
bulletErica - sorry we didn't get to dance more ... SoFLeX?
bulletCasey - we didn't get to talk much this weekend, but we'll make up for it in Austin ... but thanks for listening when you could.
bulletJody - thanks for the fun goodbye!
bulletDarcy - *snuggle*
bulletLily - as always, thanks for the amazing dances
bulletEasy - nice blues following, man!
bulletJulie and Karen - I want to smuggle myself into Windsor just to dance with you both!
bulletFunkyFreak - nice finally meeting you man!
bulletBurning myself making souffles ... I should know better
bulletRoger Humphries band was one of the coolest bands I have ever danced to
bulletLittle Laura - thanks for the great dances, including the bal! I never bal!
bulletEat and Park - so cool to walk into a place and see that lindy hoppers have taken over the whole thing!
bulletThe KC Crew - man, you guys are hard core dancing fools to drive that far to an exchange
bulletThe Pitt Crew - Jake, Catelin, and the rest, thanks for putting on a fun time :)
